Content marketing for companies that want citations, not word counts

Research, a topic plan, writing, publication and measurement. Every piece of content is tied to a query someone actually types, and you know what job it is doing before the first draft.

Content keeps working after the ad budget stops

A good page earns traffic for years and it does not disappear the moment you switch off an ad budget. That is why we do not sell blog posts by the word. Every text we publish has a target query, a user intent and a job in the funnel, and that job is agreed before anyone starts writing.

What the service covers:

  • Content strategy: a map of topics and queries matched to your sales funnel, so the writing reaches people who are ready to buy, not only people who are ready to read.
  • Blog articles: guides and analyses that answer real customer questions and pull traffic from long-tail queries.
  • Website copy: service pages and landing pages that rank and sell at the same time.
  • Product and category descriptions: unique e-commerce copy instead of the manufacturer's text that Google treats as duplicate.
  • E-books and lead magnets: downloadable material that turns anonymous traffic into a contact list.
  • Case studies and B2B expert content: proof of competence that shortens the buying decision and feeds E-E-A-T signals.

You do not have to take all of it. We set the scope after the audit, against your goals and your budget. The full list of what we do sits on the services page.

Written for answers, not only for ten blue links

A growing share of searches now ends with an answer rather than a click. So every text is written answer-first: the direct answer in the opening sentences, then the data, then the supporting detail, with question-and-answer sections and schema.org markup underneath. Content built that way competes for the top ten in Google and for a citation in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity at the same time.

Most content agencies still write for the classic result page only. If you want the mechanics behind our approach, start with SEO, AEO and GEO and how they differ and where AI citations come from. The wider discipline has its own service page: generative engine optimisation. How we use AI inside the work itself is described on AI-native SEO.

One more reason the topic map is built as clusters rather than a flat keyword list: a single question typed into an assistant now triggers several searches behind the scenes. That pattern is explained in query fan-out.

The process, step by step

  1. Content and competitor audit (week 1). We look at what you already have, what ranks for your competitors and where the gaps are. You get a report with the opportunities ordered by potential.
  2. Keyword research and strategy (week 2). A map of queries and topic clusters with priorities. You get a strategy document: who is searching, for what, and which piece of content answers it.
  3. Publication plan (weeks 2 to 3). A calendar covering at least three months: topics, queries, formats, dates. You know in advance what goes live and when.
  4. Writing and optimisation (monthly cycle). We write, optimise for search and for answer engines, and add metadata and structured data. You approve every text before it is published.
  5. Distribution. Publication, internal linking, and notes on how to reuse each piece in a newsletter or on social, so it works in more than one channel.
  6. Measurement (monthly). A report on traffic, positions and leads, plus what we recommend for the next cycle.

Structured data belongs to step four rather than to a clean-up phase at the end. How that part is done is described on schema markup and structured data. If your site has never been audited, start with the free SEO and GEO audit, which is also where the topic list comes from.

What it costs

We publish rates instead of holding them back until a sales call. For reference, these are the going rates on the Polish market:

  • a single blog article: 300 to 1500 PLN, depending on length and research,
  • SEO copywriting: 25 to 30 PLN per 1000 characters on average,
  • specialist content (medicine, law, finance, B2B tech): from 200 PLN per 1000 characters,
  • an ongoing agency retainer: usually several thousand PLN per month.

At Neurise, content marketing is part of the SEO and GEO packages at 599 to 1499 PLN net per month. The breakdown is on the pricing page. If you need a higher publication volume or purely specialist content, we prepare an individual quote, and it comes together with the free content and visibility check, within 24 hours of your request.

Worth knowing if you are buying from outside Poland: we invoice in Polish zloty, and every figure above comes from the Polish market, so set them against the quotes you already hold at home before you judge them. We work in English.

How long it takes, and what we measure

The honest version: content marketing is not a one-week campaign. The first signals show up after three to six months, as impressions rise in Search Console and the first queries enter the top ten. The full effect, meaning stable traffic and repeatable leads, arrives after six to twelve months of consistent publishing. The upside is that content compounds: an article published today is still selling in two years.

Progress is tracked on four levels of KPI:

  • organic traffic, in Google Analytics and Search Console,
  • positions for the target queries,
  • leads and conversions attributed to specific pieces of content,
  • how often the brand appears in AI answers from ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.

All four sit in one monthly report, written in plain language rather than in tool exports.

Why Neurise: a human, AI and the data

We work in a model where AI takes the research and the data crunching, and a human owns the strategy, the substance and the voice. That is how we publish faster than a classic agency without producing the generic filler that Google and readers both reject.

What the work has looked like on recent projects:

  • E-commerce site in the home and garden category: category descriptions rebuilt and a series of guides written, in place of the copy taken from the manufacturer.
  • B2B service company: an offer-led blog built around the questions buyers ask before choosing a supplier, with a contact form on every post.
  • Local service provider: content answering the questions from the People Also Ask box, which no page on the site had covered before.

We deliberately do not attach growth percentages to these projects. We publish a figure only when we can give the tool, the comparison period and the measurement scope next to it; without those it is an opinion, not a result. What that looks like in practice is on case studies. We also keep published pages fresh, because AI answers overwhelmingly cite current sources rather than archived ones.

Content marketing, SEO and copywriting are not the same thing

The three terms get used interchangeably, and they work best together. Copywriting is a craft: writing individual texts against individual queries. SEO is everything editorial and technical that raises a site's visibility, and the technical half is covered on technical SEO. Content marketing is the process that binds the two: strategy, a publication plan, distribution and measurement.

Order copywriting and you get texts. Order content marketing and you get a system that builds traffic and enquiries on the timeline set out above: first signals after three to six months, the full effect after six to twelve.

Questions we get asked

What does a content marketing agency actually deliver?

The whole content process: audit, strategy, keyword research, a publication calendar, writing and optimisation, publication and reporting. You receive finished, optimised copy for your site and blog, a plan for the coming months, and a monthly report on traffic, positions and leads.

How is content marketing different from copywriting?

Copywriting is the writing of individual texts. Content marketing is the whole process: strategy, keyword research, a publication plan, writing and optimisation, distribution and measurement. SEO copywriting is one tool inside content marketing, not a replacement for it.

Does content marketing improve SEO?

Yes. Content is one of the most important ranking factors in Google. Every article that answers a real query adds new terms the site can appear for, more internal links and a signal of expertise, which Google describes as E-E-A-T. Without regular content even a technically perfect site hits a visibility ceiling.

How quickly will I see results?

The first signals appear after three to six months: impressions rise in Search Console and the first queries enter the top ten. Full results, meaning stable traffic and regular leads, come after six to twelve months of consistent publishing. Content accumulates, so every additional month works towards a better result.

How do you measure the results of content marketing?

On four levels: organic traffic in Google Analytics and Search Console, keyword positions, leads and conversions attributed to content, and brand visibility in AI answers from ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. All four go into one monthly report.

How much does content marketing cost?

At Neurise content marketing is part of the SEO and GEO packages at 599 to 1499 PLN net per month, and larger projects are quoted individually after the free audit. Polish market rates for reference: 300 to 1500 PLN for a blog article, 25 to 30 PLN per 1000 characters for SEO copywriting, and from 200 PLN per 1000 characters for specialist content.
