A single monthly engagement that keeps your site winning in classic search and gets your brand named in the answers ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity give your customers. Same team, same technical foundation, one report.
This page is about how the work is scoped, run and billed. If you want the method behind the second layer first, read what GEO is and how models pick sources.
Crawlability, speed, site structure, internal linking and content built around real buying intent. The part that decides whether you appear on a results page at all.
Quotable material, correct structured data and brand signals, so assistants have something to lift and a reason to trust it. The part that decides whether you appear in the answer.
The two layers are usually sold separately, by two suppliers, on two invoices. That splits a job that shares one technical foundation: the same crawl budget, the same page structure, the same facts about your company. When the suppliers disagree about which of them owns the schema markup, the work stalls and nobody is accountable for the result.
We run both. One audit, one plan, one monthly report that shows rankings and citations side by side. Where the conceptual boundaries lie between SEO, AEO and GEO is set out in SEO vs AEO vs GEO.
Six workstreams. The mix shifts month to month, the list does not.
B2B service firms, online shops and SaaS companies: anywhere the purchase starts with a question typed into a search box or an assistant, and where a single new client is worth more than a month of the retainer. It is a poor fit if you need traffic this week, in which case paid search is the honest answer and we will say so, though paid campaigns are not something we run.
No onboarding theatre. The first fixes ship while the strategy document is still being written.
What we need from you is small: access to the site, analytics and search console, plus an hour of someone who genuinely knows the offer. Everything else is our problem. If access takes three weeks to arrange, so does the start, which is the one delay we cannot absorb.
Three groups of numbers, sent monthly, in a format you can forward to a board without translating it first.
One engagement from our own work makes the pattern concrete: after the structured data was corrected and a run of answer-first pages went live, the site of a client in a service industry started coming up in Perplexity answers and in AI Overviews on some of the monitored questions. Underneath that sits the monitoring described above: a fixed prompt list, the models queried on a schedule, and screenshots of the answers. We do not give a percentage share, because the prompt list is different in every project and the number would mean nothing outside it. Longer write-ups are in case studies.
What we will not report is a citation count with no method behind it. If a number in the report cannot be traced back to a prompt and a screenshot, it should not be in the report.
SEO and GEO are one subscription here, not a base fee with an AI module bolted on top.
Package range for SEO and GEO combined. Large or complex sites get an individual quote. Full comparison on the pricing page.
Four factors move the number: the size of the site, how competitive your market is, how much content and how many monitored prompts are in scope, and what the commercial goal is. It is a monthly subscription with no hidden extras and no separate line item for the AI half of the work.
One practical note for clients outside Poland. We invoice in Polish zloty and these are Polish market rates, so it is worth comparing them against your local quotes. The engagement itself is run in English.
Most agencies offering generative work are classic SEO shops that added a module when the acronym started appearing in briefs. We came the other way round. Building automations and AI agents is our daily work, so we know from the inside how a model retrieves, weighs and discards a source, and that knowledge goes straight into how your pages are structured and written.
It also keeps us honest about the limits. No one can guarantee a place in a generated answer, nobody can buy one, and any agency that offers either is selling you something else. What can be done is make you the most obvious thing for a model to reach for, then measure whether it does.
Who we are, including the registered company details, is on the about page. The rest of what we do is on services, and the practical questions about working together are answered in the FAQ.
AI-native SEO is one engagement that covers classic search optimisation and generative engine optimisation at the same time. It aims at two kinds of visibility at once: positions in Google, and your brand being named in the answers ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews give to your customers.
A classic retainer optimises for a position on a results list and reports rankings and clicks. Here the same team also writes material models can quote, keeps your structured data correct, and reports the share of monitored prompts where an assistant names you. The technical foundation is shared, which is why buying the two halves from two suppliers usually costs more and produces contradictory advice.
Not on the evidence so far, and it matters less than it sounds. Assistants build their answers largely from pages that are already indexed, fast and credible, so the work that earns rankings is mostly the same work that earns citations. That is the whole argument for one engagement instead of two.
Packages run from 599 to 1499 PLN net per month, with an individual quote for large or complex sites. Four things move the price: the size of the site, how competitive the market is, how much content and how many monitored prompts are in scope, and what the commercial goal is. It is a monthly subscription with no hidden extras.
Technical fixes and the first content go live in month one. A clear rise in organic visibility usually lands after three to six months. First citations in AI answers often come sooner, because models refresh their sources continuously rather than on a fixed schedule.
Yes. We are a Polish company and we work in English over e-mail and video calls. We invoice in Polish zloty and these are Polish market rates, so it is worth comparing them against your local quotes.
We will tell you where you stand in Google, whether the assistants know you exist, and what the first three months would cost. Five working days, no obligation.
