Terms of use for Jev Ultrafast

This is an English translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.

The rules in short: the extension is free and open source, it acts on your behalf, and you are responsible for how you use it and for the API costs.

01General provisions

These terms set out the rules for using the Jev Ultrafast Agent browser extension. The extension is made available by NEURISE sp. z o.o., ul. Karola Szymanowskiego 6/10, 99-300 Kutno, KRS 0001208946, NIP 7752678033 (“Neurise”). The extension was created by @miuoshek.

By installing the extension, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not install the extension, or uninstall it.

02Licence

The extension is free and made available under the MIT licence. It is based on the jev-ultrafast project (© 2026 Browser Use, MIT licence). The full text of the licence is in the LICENSE file in the extension package.

03Requirements

  • Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, version 116 or newer.
  • An API key from the model provider you choose, or a local model (Ollama, LM Studio, your own OpenAI-compatible server).

04Rules of use

The agent performs actions on your behalf. When you use the extension:

  • you comply with the law and with the terms of the websites where the agent works;
  • you do not use the agent to bypass security measures, CAPTCHAs, limits or website blocks;
  • you do not use it for spam, for mass data collection in breach of website terms or for activities that harm others;
  • you log in, pay and send personal data yourself - you do not leave this to the agent without supervision;
  • you supervise the agent's work and check the result; the done status is not proof that the task has been completed.

05Costs

The extension costs 0 PLN. Fees for using a model are charged by the API provider according to its own pricing and under your agreement with it. Neurise does not act as an intermediary in these payments and is not responsible for their amount.

06Liability

The extension is provided “as is”, without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. AI models can make mistakes, and websites may behave differently from what the agent expects. To the extent permitted by law, Neurise and the creator are not liable for the consequences of actions performed by the agent on your instruction, or for the operation of model providers' services. This provision does not limit consumer rights under mandatory provisions of law.

07Reports and complaints

Send bugs, questions and complaints to seo@neurise.io with the subject “Jev Ultrafast”. We reply within 14 days. What to include in a report is described on the Help page.

08Changes to the terms and governing law

We may change these terms, e.g. after a change in the extension's features or in the law. The new version applies from the date it is published on this page. These terms are governed by Polish law.
